Ziel dieses Beitrages ist es, vor dem benannten Hintergrund bestehende Defizite und Schwachstellen für die Fleischwirtschaft zu identifizieren und in das auf der Allgemeinen Systemtheorie basierende Resilience-Konzept einzubetten, um Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für die Branche aufzuzeigen.
