Im Folgenden sollen einige Aspekte einer nachhaltigen Ressourcenschutzpolitik aufgezeichnet werden. Der Autor greift dabei viele Aspekte einer Broschüre auf, die die SPD-Bundestagsfraktion vor mehr als 12 Jahren veröffentlichte. Die in ihr enthaltenen Forderungen sind auch heute noch aktuell, viele ihrer Formulierungen haben nichts von ihrer Prägnanz und Richtigkeit verloren. (SPD BT-Fraktion)
