has more than 10 years of experience in Integrity & Compliance and Corporate Citizenship in an academic as well as in a business environment. Since 2005 he is working for Novartis AG, a leading healthcare company which is consistently named as an industry leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. Over the last years his work was focusing on social business initiatives that are aligned with the strategic priorities of a healthcare company and with the needs of underserved patient communities. Fürst is publishing regularly about integrity management and Corporate Citizenship and was awarded with the German Max Weber Price for Business Ethics for his scientific work in 2006.
