Dr. Rolf-Dieter Acker is a chemist and, after a post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University, joined BASF SE where he held various positions in Research, Human Resources, Public Relations and Market Communications. He also spent twelve years in Brazil as Region Head for the company with responsibility for South America. Today he advises medium sized companies, early stage start-ups and coaches potential candidates.
